Step by step, find out work working with us is like...
- Meet with designer, discuss wants and needs, budget,
examine site conditions.
- Meet with designer to view plan and estimate, all estimates are
itemized so revisions or phasing items in later makes repricing the job
easy.
- If necessary meet with designer one more time to view revisions (if
any were needed)and new quote. If accepted the job is than scheduled.
- Hardscapes are completed first. Retaining walls and patios are
first completed. Most hardscape jobs take 1-3 days.
- Softscapes come next. This includes trees, shrubs, mulch, rock,
edging etc. Most softscape jobs are completed in 1-2 days.
- Sod and Irrigation are the final phase if needed. Usually
Irrigation is one day and sod one day.
